Marmon Mok was retained by the Holy Cross High School to prepare a Redevelopment Study and comprehensive replacement study for realizing their vision of a 21st century campus with a setting for innovation and learning. The study included evaluation of existing buildings, review of current and proposed academic programs, program validation and preparation of a cost estimate, as well as a plan for architectural guidelines, targeted demolition, comprehensive renovations, facility additions, and construction phasing. The end deliverable provided Holy Cross with a clear vision for guiding the phased redevelopment of the campus while respecting the character and history of the existing campus and accommodating an ultimate enrollment capacity of 750 students.
