Northeast Baptist Medical Office Building

The Baptist Health System wanted to increase office space for the physicians that serve their Northeast Baptist Hospital and offer its tenants full-flexibility on every floor. To achieve this we added a vertical circulation tower allowing tenants to use the 22,000 SQ FT floor as desired without any elevators or corridors limiting the floorplan and have direct access to the parking garage on three levels. Through simple use of materials, such as a pattern created by the window system, our team provided an elegant and cost-effective building to attract tenants and make the building blend with the surroundings.
