The City of San Antonio honored Marmon Mok with a 2009 Green Building Award, an honorable mention in the commercial project category for its design of the Sally Cheever Girl Scout Leadership Center. The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts has chosen the team of Seattle-based LMN Architects and Marmon Mok to redesign the Municipal Auditorium into San Antonio’s premiere performing arts center. The new performing arts center will celebrate the unique character of an historic property while offering state-of-the-art theater design. With an expected unveiling in September of 2013, the Center will feature exceptional sound, acoustics and seating arrangements, becoming the finest performance facility in the San Antonio area. 6.3.2009
