Citibank requested an architectural design that would reflect the bank’s commitment and belief in Austin and the bank’s position as a prominent financial institution. Marmon Mok provided an open and highly visible exterior design that frames the interior and connects the “inside” with the “outside”. Our team used a significant number of green strategies to enhance energy-efficiency. Our design elegantly incorporates materials and forms to tie in the building to its surroundings while attracting customers and reflecting Citibank’s brand and vision. BB&T and Emergo Group are now occupying the building.
