Designing 18 branches throughout Texas, Marmon Mok created unique solutions that set Citibank apart from its competitors. This branch is located on a highly visible pad site at the Shops at La Cantera. The building’s dynamic form was designed to respond to this prominent site and maximize the bank’s exposure. The bank’s entry makes a grand gesture towards the entry drive to the mall, and the bank’s retail floor is clearly visible from the adjacent vehicular roundabout.
Building materials predominantly include smooth white plaster and clear glass in an aluminum curtain wall. Additionally, Texas limestone and blue metal panels were used to reinforce Citibank’s brand. The bank is now owned by Banamex USA.
