City of San Antonio Leslie Road & Southeast Service Center

The Northwest and Southeast Service Centers are modern, multi-building operations and maintenance campuses designed to support the daily operational demands of essential municipal services. Each campus includes advanced facilities for vehicle repair, fueling, and wash operations, as well as administrative offices, equipment storage, and material support for a wide range of City of San Antonio departments, including Solid Waste Management, Transportation and Capital Improvements, Code Enforcement, and Fleet Acquisitions.

Designed to meet LEED Silver standards, the facilities prioritize efficiency, safety, functionality, and long-term adaptability. All campus buildings are pre-engineered metal structures, chosen for their resilience and economical construction. Human comfort is also a significant factor in the design, with the main administration buildings enhanced architecturally with brick masonry, deep overhangs, and perforated metal screens to provide shading for office windows. Public art was integrated into the perforated screens and strategically placed throughout each campus to support a welcoming and engaging environment for staff and visitors.
