The SAWS Operation Center Project consists of the development of two separate operation center campuses on the West and North side of San Antonio. Marmon Mok was tasked with creating campus architectural standards and developing a brand image that will express an extension of the SAWS culture, be reflective of SAWS history, instill pride in its employees, and serve as the template for the development of future operation centers. The architectural expression of all the component buildings provide a unified campus feel through the use of material, colors and building forms rooted in the rich history of SAWS. Both sites were designed in accordance with LEED 2009 standards with a target for Silver rating.
