Schreiner University, located in the Hill Country of West Texas, is a small faith-based school within the SACS conference with goals of expanding its athletic program, associated facilities, existing and new, and campus areas which may be impacted. Marmon Mok is working with the University providing programming, master planning, and design services to help their goals come to fruition.

Through multi-year phasing, the planning anticipates a long-term and robust solution for baseball and softball in purpose-built facilities that reconfigures land use for the development of a centralized multi-sport fieldhouse. The driver of these changes is an overall reconfiguration of the district to enable greater mobility, access, and connectivity for the addition of football.

Phase 1A and 1B will include the development of a new baseball stadium and softball stadium complex, along with developing a new multi-sport fieldhouse with operations and a weight room for the football program. Phases 2 and 3 will feature the redevelopment of the track and field and the expansion of an existing gymnasium to address the needs of wrestling, rifle/shotgun, and intramural sports. The fourth phase will include a new football stadium, and the development of a signature fan and student-athlete experience with a Schreiner University Walk-of-Champions landscaped circulation.
