Marmon Mok was selected to provide architectural services for the replacement of an existing, outdoor recreation pool at the UTSA 1604 campus. The project includes the construction of an 8 lane lap pool, a 3,200 SF leisure pool, a shade structure, a new sand volleyball pit and site improvements including landscape, hardscape and drainage. In addition to the outdoor recreation spaces, a 1,200 SF support building is being designed that will consist of a wet classroom, two family changing toilet/shower rooms and lifeguard equipment check-out room.
