Menger Springs is a beautiful planned senior living community within a beautiful 34-acre site located near the city of Boerne along Menger Creek. The planning concept encompasses the objective of “focusing upon and honoring” the aging population that is accustomed to a more independent way of life.

As part of a Phase III development, Marmon Mok designed Kendall House, a 40-bed Skilled Nursing facility state licensed to provide services and rehabilitation to people with illness, injuries or functional and physical disabilities who require full-rime nursing care. With the completion of this project, Morningside Menger Springs achieved a complete continuum of care for its residents.
