Renovation, restoration and new construction additions to San Antonio’s historic Temple Beth-El provide modern facilities and amenities for members, staff and community gatherings. This project consisted of a complete renovation and restoration of the interiors, exterior upgrades and a new pavilion which connects the Sanctuary Foyer and the Barshop Auditorium Foyer. The pavilion’s walls were designed to evoke images and symbols. Temple Beth-El is the oldest serving Jewish congregation in San Antonio, presently serving about 1,250 families.
