Tuesday night at AIA San Antonio’s People + Place Awards, Steve Souter received the Legacy Award, the chapter’s highest honor. Moderator Robert Rivard summed up Souter’s legacy: “For 48 years, Steve Souter has been a wise and humble architect of uncompromising integrity.
