NBU Headquarters & Operations Center

The new campus consolidates administrative, customer service, and operations functions previously distributed across multiple facilities into a unified, purpose built campus. The 76-acre site includes a four-story office building connected to a warehouse, along with dedicated equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities that support water, wastewater, and electrical operations. The campus provides structured access to customer services, employee and visitor parking, and public-facing spaces such as a large boardroom and meeting rooms.

Designed to support efficient operations and long-term growth, the campus integrates flexible office planning, open collaboration areas, and employee amenities including a multi-use wellness room and an outdoor courtyard with covered seating. Approximately one mile of walking trails follows the existing creek corridor that bisects the site, supporting employee wellness and site stewardship.

In alignment with NBU’s values, the design incorporates One Water strategies that reduce water and energy consumption and enhance environmental performance. These measures include rainwater and HVAC condensate collection, stormwater mitigation through bioswales and vegetative filter strips, and low-impact development techniques that improve water quality while supporting resilient, sustainable operations.
