New Braunfels Utility Headquarters and Service Center

New Braunfels Utility (NBU) services New Braunfels and the surrounding areas in Comal and Guadalupe Counties. NBU engaged Marmon Mok for programming, masterplan and comprehensive design of a new consolidated office and operations campus. The site NBU selected for the new campus is a 48.58 acre tract located in West New Braunfels. The anticipated square footage will total 125,000 SF and will include an office building (85-90K SF), warehouse facility (10K SF), equipment building (15K SF) and vehicle maintenance facility (12K SF). The operations yard will support various functions for the Water/Wastewater and Electrical departments.
