This study and master plan explored a vision of the future development of the Texas Tech Athletic Complex. Our team conducted a study of the current sports facilities looking at space efficiency/utilization, design options, infrastructure, condition assessment, functionality, cost estimating and materials to support the fundraising campaign. The project included three main components: expansion of south end of the stadium with a new student assembly space, new NCAA indoor track facility and a new indoor football facility. It also provided building architectural vocabulary with strong ties to the established Spanish Renaissance present on the campus.
