McChesney/Bianco Architecture | Marmon Mok (an Association)

Marmon Mok was asked to provide design services by the university’s long-time campus architects McChesney/Bianco in order to meet UIW’s fast track schedule. The new 167-bed residence hall’s design is a reflection of the core values of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word who established the University in 1881, and which esteems service to others through a foundation of faith. Located on a very tight site, the project had an aggressive design and construction schedule of 12 months.
