Incorporating the latest pool technology, this naturally ventilated Natatorium for Southwest Independent School District is a full-service community and athletic swimming and diving facility.  With a 50-meter pool capable of multiple configurations and a second 4-lane instructional pool, the program offerings include swimming lessons, community swim and athletic competitions.  The Natatorium is now home to the District aquatic programs for all grade levels, and the new home of the District Athletics Administration.  Varsity locker rooms, a strength weight room and a multi-purpose classroom are additional features for a premier facility to develop both swimming and diving athletes.

This unique facility uses open-air ventilation and extensive daylighting to reduce energy consumption for a lower operating cost.  The pool tanks have been constructed with the Myrtha pre-manufactured walls and pool liner to create a crystal clear, fast pool.

Spectator seating accommodates 720 upper-level seats with additional seating available on the pool decks.  Enhanced video technology is also utilized for swimming and diving event scoring and video playback, as well as special events display.
